OCHLOCKONEE RIVER KENNEL CLUB

GCH CH Belcanto’s Flags A’Flyin

Floridians were in the Panhandle this weekend for the Ochlockonee River Kennel Club Of Florida’s two shows.  Saturday ended with James Fredericksen choosing his BIS from the Vizsla, GCH CH Annian’s Gone With The Wind JH, the 15” Beagle, GCH CH Belcanto’s Flags A’Flyin, the Rottweiler, GCH CH Ivoss Rotly Crew V Caloosa Ranch CD, the Miniature Schnauzer, RMK Streetkar Named Desire, the Miniature Pinscher, GCH CH Marlex Classic Red Glare, the Standard Poodle, CH Hightide Eclipse, and the Australian Shepherd, GCH CH Equinox Ad Astra.

He chose the Beagle, Corbin.  It’s his career fifth and his first this year.  Corbin and handler Christopher Keith collected four BIS and 15 Hound groups last year.  Congratulations to Christopher and breeder/owner Ruth Willett.

CH Hightide Eclipse

They wrapped it up on Sunday with Lee Canalizo greeting the same Vizsla, Beagle, MinPin, & Poodle, the Kuvasz, GCH CH Double Ring Tarees Dream Machine, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, GCH CH Prada Classic Aran Isle At Donellas, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH No Kidding Of Edan.

BIS went to the 22 month old Poodle.  We first took note of this one early this month when she grabbed a Group one at the big Conyers Kennel Club of Georgia show in Atlanta.  Congratulations to breeder/owner Ann S Galloway and handler Christian Manelopoulos.  If any of you know where I can get more information on this one we would be delighted.

  2. What a nice win for the Kuvasz who is group winning, multiple group placing, all owner handled. I love watching him move.

  3. Looking forward to seeing the Kuvasz.... I'm always a sucker for owner-handled. Bonus points if they don't advertise in the trade mags.

  4. It's always wonderful when a Kuvasz wins the group, and this team is well deserving of this special recognition.
