FLORIDA MONDAY SHOW CANCELLED


We have learned that today’s Pasco Florida Kennel Club show in Brooksville FL has been cancelled due to extreme danger from severe thunder storms and lightning.   We will keep you posted on the rest of this week’s Brooksville shows.

    The danger from lightning is no joke. The showsite at Brooksville is out in the middle of a big field. Enormous metal tent poles are the tallest things around. One big lightning strike and there might have been a pretty hefty death toll.

    I wouldn't make light of the danger from bad thunderstorms. The Brooksville site is in the middle of a field, the metal tent poles are the tallest things around. It's not nice to fool with Mother Nature.

    I agree, Patty. I live just north of Brooksville & we had tornado warnings yesterday. Not the kind of weather to risk injury to people or dogs!
