LONG BEACH KENNEL CLUB

GCH CH Shadagee Caught Red Handed

The hometown Long Beach Kennel Club had the last show before this weekend’s big dance in Long Beach CA and Betty Ann Stenmark had some of the best in dogdom to whet everyone’s appetite.  They were the Irish Setter, GCH CH Shadagee Caught Red Handed, the Norwegian Elkhound, Vin-Melca’s Voyager, the Doberman Pinscher, CH Alex De Akido San, the Sealyham Terrier, GCH CH Efbe’s Goodspice Easy Money, The Affenpinscher GCH CH Banana Joe V Tani Kazari,  the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Brighton Lakeridge Encore, and the Bearded Collie, GCH CH Tolkien Raintree Mister Baggins.

Her Best was the winner of the 2009 AKC/Eukanuba National Championship Sporting Group,  the Irish Setter, GCH CH Shadagee Caught Red Handed.  The win, her 45th top prize, ties the breed record.  Emily is the only one last year’s finalists to show up in this weeks’ Long Beach finals.   We are not sure that means anything, but, then again, one never knows.

We will be reporting results from the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship throughout the day tomorrow.  So check in with us frequently.

  6. WOW! Emily seems to keep racking them up. Maybe she'll end up the dark horse in this race. Wouldn't that be a photo finish.
