The Cen-Tex Kennel Club chose Alvarado TX, 25 miles south of Fort Worth, for their weekend of shows. On Saturday they had Robert Salsbury do the day one BIS and he had the seven of the Pointer, GCH CH Penpoint In Dress Blues, the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, GCH CH Jodell's Boogie Back To Texas Of MNM, the Boxer, GCH CH Winfall I Dream Of Style, the Border Terrier, GCH CH Devon’s Semper Fi, the Italian Greyhound, GCH CH Everafter's Best Bet Yet, the Tibetan Terrier, GCH CH Sunclipse Mystique, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH CCH Twinrocs Santa Paws. His Best was the Pointer, Arthur. This is the first all breed BIS for the multiple Group winner. Congratulations to breeder/owner Lee Ann Stagg and co-breeder Marsha Smith.
Sunday, Arthur was back as was the Boxer, Border Terrier, & Tibetan Terrier, to see BIS judge Linda Robey. They were joined by the Otterhound, CH Scentasia's Double Trouble, the Havanese, GCH CH D'va's Spellbound In Motion, and the Belgian Tervuren, CH Sanroyale's Devil's Delight. Best In Show was the Boxer, Macey. Macey and handler Michael Shepherd now have five BIS this season. Have you noticed how many great Boxers we have out this year?
