GCH CH Franshaw Hear Me Roar
Here in Memphis the temperatures were hovering around 100 degrees Fahrenheit and the competition was just as hot. The Memphis Kennel Club’s two weekend shows were preceded by the Memphis Toy Dog Club’s two limited breed shows, drawing some of the top Toy Dogs in the country. Sharon Newcomb’s BIS was AKC’s Number Three Toy Dog, the Pekingese, GCH CH Franshaw Hear Me Roar. Joining the Peke, Noel, in the final were the English Cocker Spaniel, CH Especially Magic Happens, the Afghan Hound, CH Wynsyr China Doll, the Bullmastiff, GCH CH Sumertym Southwind Magic Carpet Ride, the Fox Smooth Terrier, GCH CH Frenchpark Moon Of Wintertime, the Lhasa Apso, CH Tara Huff Edrey Starbuck, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, CH Crinoline Drumroll Please. We have that as 18 BIS this year for Noel & handler Hiram Stewart.
