FRED & GINGER IN THE CORNFIELDS

CH Torquay Midnight Confession
& handler Marcelo Chagas

It was like finding Fred & Ginger in the cornfields. One doesn’t think of De Witt IA as the place you would run into the epitome of elegance, but that’s what they got at the Clinton Iowa Kennel Club day two show Sunday as the ever so smooth Marcelo Chagas and his stylish 15” Beagle bitch, CH Torquay Midnight Confession, picked up the BIS. Also on hand in Phyllis Wolfish’s ring were the Gordon Setter, CH Firethorn And Sandpiper Easy On The Eyes, the Boxer, CH Bravo N Sunset Stealing Time, the Norfolk Terrier, CH Maxwell’s Violet, the Blenheim & Prince Charles English Toy Spaniel, CH Royalist Ready To Reign, the Tibetan Terrier, CH Ri-Lee's Stellar Performance, and the Old English Sheepdog, CH Lambluv Gambolon Blue Thunder. It was a long overdue first BIS of 2010 for breeder/owner/handler Marcelo and Lola who have been collecting Group wins all year. Congratulations to all!
