CH Kelso's Moon Dancin' HSAsPatricia Hess braved the record snow falls to call the BIS at yesterday’s Rockland County Kennel Club show in Suffern NY. Her Best, the Rough Collie, CH Kelso's Moon Dancin' HSAs, was appropriately dressed for the occasion in a luxurious blue merle coat. It was the first conformation BIS this year for the working royal, Prince Phillip. Congratulations to breeder/owner Dr Nancy Kelso DVM, and co-owner Timothy Duvall.
