GCH CH Round Town Queen of Hearts of Maryscot

We like to remind those who have a casual association with our sport that the purpose of the show ring is to get feedback on breeding stock. That’s why only non-neuters/spays may be shown in conformation. So we are always happy to see the off spring of the great show dogs of yesteryear in the ring. We are especially happy when they do well. It means someone is doing something right. The Scottish Terrier, GCH CH Round Town Queen of Hearts of Maryscot, Daughter of 2009’s Number One Dog All Breeds, CH Roundtown Mercedes of Maryscot, took the top prizes at both Saturday’s Kennel Club of Beverly Hills and Sunday’s Long Beach Kennel Club shows.

She is currently the Number Two Terrier with 14 BIS and 28 Terrier Groups to her credit this year, including two Group Ones at last weekend’s Great Western Terrier Association of Southern California shows and five all breed Bests this month.
