The nation’s Number One Dog All Breeds, the Portuguese Water
Dog, GCH CH Claircreek’s Impression de Matisse, collected his 225th
career Best In Show (the second highest in AKC history) at Saturday’s Ingham County Kennel Club show in East Lansing MI.
GCH CH Flessner’s International S’Cess
Joining Matisse in judge Betty-Anne Stenmark’s final were
the Welsh Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Trystyn Statesman Cactus Blue, the Reserve
winner, the Bloodhound, GCH CH Flessner’s International S’Cess, the Wire Fox
Terrier, GCH CH Tsarshadow Kentucky Windage At Foxheart, the Shih Tzu, GCH CH
Hallmark Jolei Rocket Power, the Chinese Shar-Pei, GCH CH Shine’s Deck the
Halls, and the Old English Sheepdog, GCH CH Lambluv’s Sultry Sensation.
Matisse’s 2014 tally is 130 BIS and 168 Working Groups, the
best one year total in AKC history…and we still have two more weeks to go in
the season.
