We have 21 all breed shows in six different venues this
week. Let’s check in and see how they have
been going. New York fanciers are in
Suffern NY for three shows with the Wallkill Kennel Club and the Rockland
County Kennel Club. The WKC had the
Friday opener and they asked Roberto Clemente to choose his top two from the
German Shorthaired Pointer, GCH CH Robin Crest Edelmarke Investigator, the American
Foxhound, GCH CH Kiarry’s Pandora’s Box, the Siberian Husky, CH Snowfire's Holy
Moses, the Lakeland Terrier, GCH CH Larkspur Acadia Save Me A Spot, the Havanese,
GCH CH Fuzzy Farm Qbin Who's On First, the Tibetan Terrier, GCH CH Rinchen's
Blazing Black Icon, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Riverside Get Over It.
The two he liked were the Foxhound, Jewel, and the Lakeland,
Spot. Jewel has been the country’s Number
One Hound for the last two seasons and already has nine BIS in just 14 final
attempts.
Bonnie Threlfall had the RCKC’s day one final and her pick
of the Weimaraner, GCH CH Doc N Camelot's Heaven Can Wait, the Foxhound, Jewel,
the Samoyed, CH McMagic's Mojo, the Kerry Blue Terrier, GCH CH Class Act By
Hallsblu, the Maltese, GCH CH Ta-Jon’s Pawsitively Pawparazzi, the aforementioned
Tibetan Terrier, and the Bearded Collie, GCH CH Dunhill Celebration.
GCH CH Rinchen's Blazing Black Icon
She chose a new two, the Maltese, Snapshot, and the Tibetan
Terrier, Michael. Snapshot is another
dog catching the Westminster Wave after making the cut in the Toy Group at the
Garden. It’s the first of the year for
Snapshot and owner/handler Tim Lehman who finished 2012 with two BIS and eight
Toy Groups. Congratulations to Tim and breeder/owner
Tammy Simon.
This is an incorrect post. GCH CH Robin Crest Edelmarke Investigator is a German Shorthaired Pointer named "Vance", not a GSD.
ReplyDeletelol. Gotta love intelligent word processors with an autocorrect, especially one that's smart enough to outsmart the author. Thanks for the extra set of eyes.
