MONDAY MORNING MOP UP

GCH CH Yakee’s Easily Persuaded

We begin our Monday Morning Mop Up where storm weary fanciers spent two days in Bloomsburg PA with the Back Mountain Kennel Club, away from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

David Miller’s day one final included the Black Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH Amik-Creek Swiped By A Marshen, the Bloodhound, GCH CH Soonipi Friends In Low Places, the Saint Bernard, GCH CH Jamelles Aristocrat V Elba, the Kerry Blue Terrier, GCH CH Class Act By Hallsblu, the Pekingese, GCH CH Yakee’s Easily Persuaded, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Hillwood Dassin Rock On By, and the Briard, GCH CH Stormfield Seiso At Charson.

His RBIS, was the black Standard Poodle Bitch and his BIS was the Peke, Rodger.  Rodger is the latest from Pekingese maven David Fitzpatrick.  Rodger and David have only been out infrequently this year, but have already collected two BIS and 16 Toy Groups.  We suspect we will see a lot of Rodger and David in 2013.

GCH CH Devinwood’s A Perfect Stranger

On Sunday,  only the standard Poodle would make it back to see Mary Lou Kniola.  Rounding out her seven were the Brittany, GCH CH Carrolltons Count Lancelot, the Norwegian Elkhound, CH Somerri Dunharrows Dynamo, the Boxer, GCH CH Jacquets Laredo El Encanto, the Airedale, GCH CH Joval Angels Whisper,  the Maltese, CH Ta-Jon's Pawsitively Pawparazzi, and the Rough Collie, GCH CH Devinwood’s A Perfect Stranger.

GCH CH Joval Angels Whisper

Reserve went to the Airedale, Wispa, and Best In Show went to the Collie, Finn.  It’s the second in seven final appearances this year for Finn and handler Peter Denbow.  Congratulations to Peter and breeders/owners Jacqueline A Caruso & Ronald Caruso.
