Alvarado TX, 40 miles south of Dallas, was the site of this weekend’s Cen-Tex Kennel Club shows.  The opening final on Saturday was in the hands of BIS judge Jim Briley.  The seven he saw were the Golden Retriever, CH Summit's Sonny Side Up, the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, GCH CH Soletrader Maggie May Of M & M, the Boxer, GCH CH Winfall I Dream of Style, the Colored Bull Terrier, GCH CH Glentom's You Were Mint For Me, the Pomeranian, GCH CH Jan Le's Deck The Walls, the Miniature Poodle, CH Sandstorm X's In Texas, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Aubrey's Tails Of Mystery.

The two he chose as his BIS and RBIS were the Boxer and the Mini Poodle.   Macey is the country’s Number One Boxer bitch and the Number Four Working Dog with 20 BIS this year.  You can bet you will find us at the Boxer ring next month in Orlando to watch the Top two Boxers.

Her top two were the Corgi and the Pom.  It’s the sixth BIS this year for the Corgi, Libby & handler Sherri Hurst.
