GCH CH Vin-Melca’s The Norseman
Yuba City was the site of the Two Cities Kennel Club’s two shows this past weekend. Their first final was in the hands of Dr Dale Simmons. His seven options were the English Setter, GCH CH Oakley’s B’Dazzled, the Norwegian Elkhound, GCH CH Vin-Melca’s The Norseman, the Alaskan Malamute, CH Peaceriver Silverice Summer Solstice, the Border Terrier, GCH CH McHill's HRH Prince Gizmo House Of Gremlin, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, GCH CH Quail Garden Loch Lomond Déjà vu, the Tibetan Terrier, GCH CH Sunclipse Mystique, and the Canaan Dog, GCH CH Pleasant Hill Magnum Of Samara.
The first two to score top awards were the Canaan Dog, Mag, who got the Reserve, and the Elkhound, Eric. Eric, handled by legendary breeder/owner Pat Trotter, has picked up three BIS and 15 Hound Groups in very limited showing this year.
