WICHITA KENNEL CLUB

GCH CH Protocol’s Veni Vidi Vici

While Toto was not in Kansas anymore (he was in Massachusetts going BIS), seven other dogs were in Valley Center, KS trying to pick up the Best In Show at the Wichita Kennel Club‘s day one show.

David Kirkland’s final seven were the Black Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH Casablanca’s Thrilling Seduction, the Pharaoh Hound, GCH CH Northgate’s As You Like It, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Protocol’s Veni Vidi Vici, the Border Terrier, GCH CH Devon’s Semper Fi, the Chinese Crested, GCH CH Whispering Lanes Should Have Been A Cowboy, the Chinese Shar-Pei, GCH CH Vaje’s Miss Jayne Hathaway, and the Shetland Sheepdog, GCH CH Eden Kylene The Dragonslayer.

His Best was the Doberman, FiFi.  DOG2WATCH FiFi and handler Michelle Santana been at far fewer shows this year than most of our top dogs, but have collected enough points to be knocking on the door of our Top Ten.  Could there be three Working Dogs in the Top Ten soon?
