SOUTH ARKANSAS KENNEL CLUB

GCH CH Kylene Eden The Dragonslayer HIC

The President’s Day holiday has slowed our normal reporting, but we do have this from this weekend’s South Arkansas Kennel Club’s shows in Camden AR.  On Saturday Linda Robey chose her BIS from the Clumber Spaniel, CH Cajun’s A Change Is Coming, the Pharoah Hound, GCH CH Northgate’s As You Like It, the Mastiff, Lazy D’s Bonnie Blu, the Dandie Dinmont Terrier, CH Schooner’s Spirit Of Sherman, the Papillon, CH Copella’s Rising Attraction, the French Bulldog, CH Lionheart’s Thumbs Up!, and the Shetland Sheepdog, GCH CH Kylene Eden The Dragonslayer HIC.

She chose the Sheltie, Thomas.  Thomas finished 2010 with one Best In Show and six Herding Groups.  Congratulations to breeders Lenore E Patrick & Kathleen, owners Karen Hannah, Kathleen Dziegal, L Patrick, & M Bulens, and handler Paul Hanna.

Sunday judge Mildred Bryant saw four of the same finalists, with the Golden Retriever, CH Gowers Blame It On The Bossanova, the American Staffordhsire Terrier, CH Alpine's Ring Of  Fire and the Chinese Shar-Pei, Timbe’s Don’t Worry About Me, joining the fun.  She chose the Pharaoh Hound, Qing.  Qing, the top winning Pharaoh Hound in history, continues to add BIS to his resume.  This is his third this year and his 18th career win.
