KENNEL CLUB OF RIVERSIDE

GCH CH Jasiri-Sukari Bucking The Trind

West Coast residents had a full contingent of shows this weekend from North to South.  We start our report with the Kennel Club Of Riverside in the southern California town of Perris.  On Saturday Lowell Davis chose the Basenji, GCH CH Jasiri-Sukari Bucking The Trind, as her BIS out of a seven that included the English Cocker Spaniel, CH Lyann’s Touchstone, the Great Dane, GCH CH Shakalo Conspiracy of Rondomar, the Smooth Fox Terrier, Ch Fortuna De Aiedkii’s, the Havanese, GCH CH Bellatak McDreamy, the Dalmatian, CH Quicksilver’s Rhythm & Blues, and the Australian Shepherd, Akilah’s Making History HIC.

It’s the first all breed BIS for BISS winning “Bronco”, the first Basenji Grand Champion, and one of 83 Champion Basenjis from the always charming “Basenji Sisters”  Kathy & Julie Jones.  Congratulations to Kathy & Julie and co-owner James P Taylor.

Sunday  Isabell Stoffers saw seven fresh faces, the English Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Otein Cap’N Jack Sparrow, the Rhodesian Ridgeback, CH Invictus Nightmare Before Xmas, the Tibetan Mastiff, CH Drayki Sagun Kachar, the Wire Fox Terrier, Steele Rock Star, the Miniature Pinscher, GCH CH Brackley He‘s My Warrior, the Dalmatian, GCH CH Kastle’s Go Speed Racer, and the Canaan Dog, CH Pleasant Hill Magnum of Samara.  Her BIS was the MinPin.  It’s his third and although we have been begging for months we are sorry to say we still don’t have a photo of the BIS winner.

  1. Ch. Lynann's Touchstone is an English Cocker, not Springer. Congrats to this breeder/owner/handled team!
