VIRGINIA KENNEL CLUB

CH Gemini Fallchase The Butler Did It

The Virginia Kennel Club held their two shows in that state’s capital of Richmond.  On Saturday, Kek Klahn had her pick of the Golden Retriever, CH Gemini Fallchase The Butler Did It, the American Foxhound, CH Kiarry’s Alkin On Sunshine, the Akita, GCH Nakodo’s Reign Of Glory, the Lakeland Terrier, CH Talydale’s Friend Of The Force, the Pug, CH Woo Woo Serendipity, the Tibetan Spaniel, CH Wassong’s Hanover Alice, and the Puli, CH Cordmaker Rumpus Bumpus.  She chose the Golden, Cody, his first this year.  Congratulations to breeders Cindi Metcalf & Barbara Tucker and owners Maura A Roxby & Cindi Metcalf.

GCH Nakodo’s Reign Of Glory

Sunday it was James Reynolds with Saturday finalists, the Golden, the Foxhound, the Akita, & the Puli, the Smooth Fox Terrier, CH Foxlorr Double Dare, the Maltese, CH Ta-Jon’s Just Bee-Ing Silly, and the Lowchen, CH Chic Choix Bihar Cuba.  He chose the Akita, Echo, as his Best In Show.  Echo and handler  Paul Levesque have picked up three all breed BIS this year, all since the end of May.  Additionally, we believe that Echo is the first AKC Grand Champion to win an all breed BIS while wearing that title.
