While the heavy hitters were in Louisville slugging it out for the big prizes, some of our exhibitors were at the more moderately sized shows in York PA. Yesterday’s second installment of five was the Lancaster Kennel Club with John Staton calling the Best In Show.
His choices were the English Springer Spaniel, CH Crown Royal’s Tea Caddy, the Rhodesian Ridgeback, CH Nashira’s Ciro Of Anjari JC, the Samoyed, CH Pebblke’s Run Hammy Davis Jr, the Wire Fox Terrier, Afterall A Fine Frenzy Hiwire, the Toy Poodle, CH Smash Jp Moon Walk, the Tibetan Spaniel, CH Wassong’s Hanover Alice, and the Border Collie, CH Sporting Field’s Heiress.
BIS went to the Toy Poodle Walker, his fourth this year. Walker & handler Kaz Hosaka will have to keep the heat on in this year’s white hot Toy Dog race if they are to break into the all breed top ten.
Walker is a fabulous dog and I believe will be up with the top at year end!
