We had two shows today, both on the east coast. The first was in West Springfield MA, brought to us by the Holyoke Kennel Club.

CH Allure Blazing Star Alisaton

Alberto Berrios’ lineup included six of the top twenty five dogs, the Labrador Retriever, CH Casbar’s Hart To Hart, the Irish Wolfhound, CH Dun Myrica Speaker Of Eagle, the Doberman Pinscher, CH Allure Blazing Star Alisaton, the Sealyham Terrier, CH Efbe’s Merci Pour Le Poivre, the Toy Poodle, CH Smash Jp Moon Walk, the Bulldog, CH Kepley’s Showbiz Razzle Dazzle, and the Bearded Collie, CH Tolkien Raintree Mister Baggins. His BIS was the highest ranked of these, the nation’s number two dog all breeds, the Doberman, CJ.

CH Torquay Midnight Confession

Down in West Friendship MD, it was the National Capital Kennel Club with Barbara Keenan calling the Best In Show. Her final seven were the Flat Coated Retriever, CH Starworkers Dealers Choice JH OA OAJ, the 15” Beagle, CH Torquay Midnight Confession, the Doberman Pinscher, CH Mi-Ti’s Three Cheers, the Smooth Fox Terrier, CH Harewood White Diamond, the Pomeranian, CH Velocity’s Shake Ur Bon Bon, the Chow Chow, CH Liontamer Call 1-800-Hotstuff, and the German Shepherd Dog, CH Kridler's Nutmeg V. Signature.

Getting whatever she wants was Lola, the Beagle. This girl has been winning so much lately we have lost count, but we believe that’s number eleven for her.

  1. Ch. Mi-Ti's Three Cheers is a Doberman. This is his first show with Gwen DeMilta as her new Special.

  2. Ch Harewood White Diamond is a new group winner, shown by her breeder/owner Madeline Aroney. This was Maddie's first litter, and "Tiffany" won the breed at the AFTC National Specialty in May.

  3. Lola is SUPER and Marcelo Chagas is Top Beagle Handler ever
