SUMMER'S LAST HURRAH

Pronghorn Antelope in Wyoming

The last week of summer will be a dog show extravaganza with 48 all breed shows in virtually every corner of the US.  If you have the time and the stamina you can spend five days in Raleigh NC with the Cary, Alamance, Durham, Salisbury North Carolina, & Raleigh Kennel Clubs or in Lexington KY with the Lexington, Northern Kentucky, & Mid-Kentucky Kennel Clubs.

Four day stays are on tap in Union ME with the Central Maine Kennel Club & Mid-Coast Kennel Club Of Maine, in Amana IA with the Tri-City Kennel Club & Cedar Rapids Kennel Association, in Monroe LA with the Bayou Kennel Club & Vicksburg Kennel Club Of Mississippi, or in Amarillo TX with the Panhandle Kennel Club Of Texas & Clovis Portales Kennel Club.  You can also find four days of shows in the Garden State though you will have to pack up the SUV twice.  Friday & Saturday, the Newton Kennel Club will hold sway in Augusta NJ.  Then the Sussex Hills Kennel Club & Schooley's Mountain Kennel Club  will pitch camp in Morristown NJ on Sunday & Monday.

The Hawaiian Kennel Club & Valley Isle Kennel Club Of Maui will throw a three day party in Honolulu HI as will the Marquette Kennel Club with three shows in Marquette MI.  Our remaining offerings will be the traditional two day variety, with the Tonawanda Valley Kennel Club in Albion NY, the Jaxson Kennel Club in Marshall MI, the Danvillie Illinois Kennel Club in Georgetown Il, the Cheyenne Kennel Club in Cheyenne WY, the Gold Country kennel Club in Grass Valley CA, and the Longview-Kelso Kennel Club in St Helens OR.

With such a full schedule dog fanciers can be sure they will get to see superb examples of  purebred dogs everywhere in the US.  What are you waiting for?
