Up in West Springfield MA it was the Pioneer Valley Kennel Club’s turn to host and Arlene Benko’s turn to choose a BIS.  Her choice was the Belgian Tervuren, GCH CH Mishaook Lulu At Chateau Blanc HSCs.

She might have chose the Irish Setter, GCH CH Northwind’s First Reign, the Pharaoh Hound, DC Hallam’s Ethan Ramel MC, the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, GCH CH Painted Mtn Oliver Twist Of Fate, the Lakeland Terrier, GCH CH Larkspur Acadia Save Me A Spot, the Havanese, CH Fuzzy Farm Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me, or the Bulldog, GCH CH Tango’s A Perfect Present for The Dulins, but she didn’t.

It’s the first for Lulu, the Tervuren.  Congratulations to breeder Lawrence Stanbridge and owners Darlene Laurin & Janina Laurin.

OLD DOMINION KC OF NOVA

With almost 2600 entries the biggest prize of the weekend was BIS at today’s Old Dominion Kennel Club Of Northern Virginia in Timonium MD.  Rita Holloway’s powerhouse seven were the English Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Wynmoor Champagne Supernova, the American Foxhound, GCH CH Kiarry’s Pandora’s Box, the Bullmastiff, GCH CH Newcastle’s Picturesque Picasso, the Wire Fox terrier, GCH CH AfterAll Painting the Sky, the Pug, GCH CH Riversong’s Doc Holiday, the Tibetan Spaniel, GCH CH Kan Sing’s Tenzin, and the Belgian Malinois, GCH CH Broadcreek’s Marcus Junis Brutus.
