SOUTH CAROLINA RESULTS

Back on the east coast, in Region Two, we had a twofer in Aiken SC, courtesy of the Columbia Kennel Club.

CH Sportingfields Reflections O Borderfame

Saturday, judge Denny Mounce, was presented with the Irish Setter, CH Pin Oak Castlebar Success, the Whippet, CH Sporting Field's Bahama Sands, the Alaskan Malamute, CH Wild Wind Best Rose Addition, the West Highland White Terrier, Kenlake's Colonel's Cadet, the Smooth Chihuahua, CH Ayrwen Star Kissed Delight, the Bulldog, CH Hetherbull Topline 0-0, and the Border Collie, CH Sportingfields Reflections O Borderfame.

We were just bemoaning the lack of wins by Nordic breeds and now we have three Malamutes winning BIS in one weekend. Way to go, guys…Or should we say, way to go, girls? The four year old bitch was bred by the Wilds, Jeannie & Mary, and owned by Mary & Marcia Wild. Obviously, keeping it in the family works. Congratulations to you all.

Sunday, judge Francine Schwartz, would only see two new dogs, the English Setter, CH Editions Radioactive, and the Scottish Deerhound, DC Windmoor's New Sunsation At Windchase SC. BIS would go to the three year old Border Collie, Kenya. Congratulations to breeders Dionne Butt & Dan Black and owners Dan Black & Debbie Butt.

We’ll be back in just a minute.
