We had another drama filled day in Oklahoma City where the hometown kennel club took over the last two days of the four day OKC Summer Classic  The Black Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH Casablanca’s Thrilling Seduction, came into today’s Sporting Group one BIS shy of  tying the all time Sporting Group record.  He would exit the group one with a Group Two ribbon as the German Wirehaired Pointer, GCH CH Mt View’s Ripsnorter Silver Charm, took the top prize.

The GWP, Oakley, would join the Saluki, GCH CH Sandstorm Blue Nile Bubbles of Jatara, the Rottweiler, GCH CH Chancellor’s High Flyin’ Gladiator, the Norwich Terrier, GCH CH Skyscots Texas Hold’Em, the Ruby & King Charles English Toy Spaniel, GCH CH LTO Prosperity. The Standard Poodle, GCH CH Bar-None Fabulosity, and the Old English Sheepdog, GCH CH Lambluv Gambolon Blue Thunder in Michele Billings’ final.

It was Oakley and handler Phil Booth who took home the biggest prize of the set.  Oakley is the nation’s Number One Dog All Breeds and has 32 BIS to prove it.
