MT PLEASANT MICHIGAN KC DAY ONE

The hometown Mount Pleasant Michigan Kennel Club finished their day one opener with Pat Trotter calling the BIS.  She chose her Best from the Welsh Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Royaile’s Man for All Seasons, the Greyhound, GCH CH Gaia Elfin Dance, the Great Pyrenees, GCH CH Saddle Ridge Power of Won, the Lakeland Terrier, GCH CH Tallyydale’s Friend of the Force, the Blenheim & Prince Charles English Toy Spaniel, GCH CH Loujons Backroads to Paris, the Chinese Shar-Pei, GCH CH Chaoyang’s Take It to the Limit, and the Australian Cattle Dog, GCH CH Rick’s Blue Magic.

Her top dog was the Great Pyrenees, Turbo.  Almost eight years old, Turbo is a veteran of the show ring winning 18 Working Groups in the last three years.  This is his first BIS this year.  Congratulations to breeder/owner Brenda Tompkins-Weiss and handler Nina Fetter.

  1. Tallydale's Friend of the Force is a Lakeland (albeit a big one), not a Welsh Terrier.
