DC Shahtani Ivory Moon SCCarol Jean Nelson had the BIS choice at the San Jacinto Kennel Club’s Saturday show in Crosby TX. Among her finalists were the Golden Retriever, CH Glengowan's Great Balls Of Fire, the Saluki, DC Shahtani Ivory Moon SC, the Newfoundland, CH Bifrost's Gust O'Boradaile, the West Highland White Terrier, Ashscot's Divine Design, the Long Coat Chihuahua, CH Silver Bluff White Mercedes, the Chinese Shar-Pei, CH Chaoyang Chick Magnet At Asia, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, CH Heart Of Gold Power Play. She chose the Saluki, her first this year. The three year old bitch was the breed winner at this year’s Westminster Kennel Club show. Congratulations to breeder Nancy Bodine, owner Lori May, and handler Gerry L Thornton.
