DOGS DOING DALLAS

We had two sets of shows in Texas this weekend and we did give you a peek at both. Here’s the details from Dallas.

CH Dalriada's Mystic

Friday, the Texas Kennel Club hosted and Dorothy Collier did BIS. Her finalists were the Black Cocker Spaniel, CH Casablanca's Thrilling Seduction, the Smooth Dachshund, CH Pawprint Add-Sim's Kristal MS, the Doberman Pinscher, CH Horizon's Upper Echelon, the Wire Fox Terrier, CH Dalriada's Mystic, the Pug, CH Brazos River Legal Lion, the Boston Terrier, CH Gumbo-Kean's Cosmic Stargazer, and the Rough Collie, CH Sylvan’s Simply Irresistible. Her best was the Wire Fox, Boo. It was the third BIS this year for Boo and her second in the last week. Congratulations to breeder/owner Cara Campbell DVM, co-owner Mike Doleski, and handler Scott Sommer.

We told you that the Puli, CH Cordmaker Field Of Dreams, was Richard Bauer’s pick at Saturday’s Trinity Valley Kennel Club show. His other options were the aforementioned Cocker, Dachshund, the Doberman Pinscher, CH Heartfelt's Alibi V Touchstone, the Kerry Blue Terrier, CH Irisfingel Blue Badge, the Papillon, CH Queen Bless Jp World Idol, and the Bichon Frise, CH Saks Hamelot Little Drummer.

Sunday, the Marjorie Tuff took over for the Greater Collin Kennel Club. Her seven were the above named Cocker, Wire Fox, Papillion, Puli, the 15” Beagle, CH Rockwoods Milo Tipster, the Boxer, CH Sunset N Bravo Stealing Time, and the Standard Poodle, CH Donnchada Sweet Dreams. Her BIS was the country’s number one Papillion, her second this year. Congratulations to breeder/owner Chie Ejima , co-owners Madeline Mosing, Hitoshi Hibara, & Jeff Alseth, and handler Brian Livingston.
