AFGHAN BIS AT WHIDBEY ISLAND

Now, we have some west coast dogs to tell you about. Up in Monroe WA the Whidbey Island Kennel Club gave us a pair of shows. We told you about one. Here’s what happened yesterday.

CH Polo's Aviator

BIS judge Steven Gladstone was greeted by the Flat-Coated Retriever, CH Blacklace Magic Mocha Sapphire, the Afghan Hound, CH Polo's The Avaitor, the Siberian Husky, CH Topaz Enjoy The Ride, the Scottish Terrier, CH McVan's Trip The Light Fantastic, the Pomeranian, CH Finchs You're So Special NBLK, the Standard Poodle, CH Lakeridge Brighton Summer In The Hamptons, and the Border Collie, CH Majestic Whole Town Talking.

His Best was the Afghan, Ace. It’s the first all breed BIS this year for Ace. Congratulations to breeder/owner Lorianne Amadeo. Does anyone else remember the days when we routinely had 100 plus Afghan entries?

  1. Ace is a beautiful Afghan - his breeder/owners lives in my area (near Vancouver, BC Canada) and I've seen him do very well here many times. In addition, Lorianne does an amazing job - really nice ... and is such a nice person also, very pleasant!
