The last of last weekend’s reports are the Saturday/Sunday
shows of the Panhandle Kennel Club of Texas held in Amarillo TX, where the
Pointer, GCH CH Chesterhope State of T Art, picked up both the BIS. Judge Murrel Purkhiser’s final on Saturday
was a mix of multiple BIS winners and
first time group winners, the Pointer, Miley, her Reserve winner, the Saluki,
GCH CH Appalachia's Allamyrra Hajji, the Siberian Husky, GCH CH Nordpol's
Saturday Night Fever, the Cairn Terrier, Bordairn's GCH CH Total Chaos, the
Pug, GCH CH Pocket's Ameci, the Boston Terrier, GCH CH Gumbos Stargazing At
Northern Lights, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Riverside Telltail Coco
Posh.
Sunday Charlotte Patterson chose Miley out of a seven that
included the same, Saluki, her RBIS, a Bullmastiff from the classes, Lonely
Creek's Bruce Almighty, the Colored Bull Terrier, CH Glentom's Dirty Harry, the
Havanese, CH Yaya Dancing Through Life, the Bulldog, CH Dowat's the Gladiator,
and the above named Corgi.
Miley is the Number Six Sporting Dog with 11 BIS in 47 final
appearances this season.
