We start in Region Three, the Great Lakes Region, just up the road from Harriman TN in Hamilton Ohio where the Cincinnati Kennel Club had a two day stand.
On Sunday judge Rick Gschwender went over the English Springer Spaniel, CH Crossroad Crown Royal Miracle, the Basenji, CH Ab-Rafiki The Icon Of Cool, the Boxer, CH Sharledar's Crown Jewel, the Border Terrier, CH Devon Lady Simper Fi, the Havanese, CH Harbor's It Had To Be Me, the Standard Poodle, CH Bar-None Dawin Travelin' Man, the Briard, CH Deja Vu Mia Chain Of Fools. It was BIS number three this year for the country’s number one Basenji, Blade.
Monday, Blade was back with the Border Terrier, the Havanese, the Standard Poodle, and the Briard. Also in judge David Gleaves’ ring were the English Setter, CH Palisades Silhouette, and the Giant Schnauzer, CH Skansan's Sir August Brigs. BIS belonged to the English Setter, Lilly. Bred by Dean & Sandy Mille, Cheryl Heithaus & Brenda Fischer, owned by Brenda, Judy Mayr, & C Kopfstein, and handled by Amy Duncan, Lilly is the top English Setter bitch. With this win, she will be pushing the boys.
