CH Hitimes What the Inferno

When we last visited the Turquise Cluster in Phoenix AZ we told you that the Pomeranian, CH Hitimes What the Inferno, took the Friday Kachina Kennel Club BIS.  Saturday judge Anne Hearn would also chose the Pom, Danny as her Best.

Joining Danny and handler Curtiss Smith in the final ring were the German Shorthaired Pointer, CH Tempo’s Honorable Ashley Wilkes, the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, GCH CH M&Ms Fear The Beard, the Bullmastiff, GCH CH Baron Dye Of Ridgetop, her Reserve winner, the Miniature Schnauzer, GCH CH Allaruth Just Kidding v Sole Baye, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Del Zarzoso Salvame From Afterglow, and the Old English Sheepdog, GCH CH Bugaboo’s Picture Perfect.  The two BIS assures Danny a place among the earlier leaders this year.

The Arrowhead Kennel Club took over for the stop’s last two days and the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH CH AfterAll Painting the Sky took over the final ring both days, taking home both of the big rosettes.  Sunday Sky would impress judge Sheila DiNardo more than did the Golden Retriever, GCH CH Sandpiper’s Let Freedom Ring, who impressed her more than did the Bloodhound, GCH CH Quiet Creek’s Kiss and Tell, the Siberian Husky, GCH CH Topaz Bad Action, the Pom, Danny, the aforementioned Standard Poodle, or the previously seen OES.

Judge Charlotte Clem McGowan would choose Sky and the returning OES as her Best and Reserve after the Golden, Bloodhound, Siberian, Pom and Standard Poodle made one last appeal.  The wins were the first of the season for 2013’s Number One Dog All Breeds.

Sky was the only dog to break 100,000 point last year with 107,159 dogs defeated while collecting 85 BIS and 149 Terrier Groups.  Congratulations to Congratulations to breeders A J Pertuit Jr & Betty Seton, owners Victor Malzoni,  Torie Steele, Mary & Scott Olund & Diane Ryan, and handler Gabriel Rangel.
