Midwest exhibitors were in Springfield IL for the Illinois
Capitol Kennel Club show, the first of four all breed contests there this
week. The seven dogs that stayed all day
to see judge Pat Trotter were the Vizsla, GCH CH Regal Point Pinnacle Of
Kilauea, the Longhaired Dachshund, GCH CH Hundeleben Queen’s Armada SL, the
Portuguese Water Dog, GCH CH Claircreek’s Impression de Matisse, the Miniature
Schnauzer, GCH CH Allaruth Just Kidding v Sole Baye, the Shih Tzu, GCH CH Hallmark
Jolie Bells Will Be Ringing, the Bulldog, GCH CH MyToys Epic Against The Wind,
and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH Aubrey’s Tails of Mystery.

Finishing one/two were the Portie, Matisse, and the Bulldog,
Ralph. Matisse has walked away with 16
big rosettes from his last 17 shows. Matisse
is the Number One Working Dog and Number Two Dog All Breeds with 71 BIS this
year.
