Our show week ended today with the Conejo Kennel Club show
in Santa Barbara CA. The Seven dogs that
judge David Bolus considered were the Clumber Spaniel, GCH CH Clussexx
Collaboration with Traddles, the Saluki, GCH CH Aurora’s The Song and Dance
Man, the Komondor, Braes Joska A Pompas, the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH CH AfterAll
Painting the Sky, the Maltese, GCH CH Scylla’s Small Kraft Re-Lit, the Standard
Poodle, GCH CH Del Zarzoso Salvame From Afterglow, and the Belgian Sheepdog,
GCH CH Sanderle Kindred R.

Best went to the regal Saluki, Sammy D, Reserve to the
Maltese, Hank. Sammy does not get out as
much as our top contenders. However, he
and owners/handlers Gene Blake and Julia Mueller have a pretty decent track
record of two BIS and eight Hound Groups including an impressive
Group One yesterday at the big Saturday Santa Barbara KC show. You need to see this one.
