We still have weekend results coming in. This one is particularly interesting. The Scottish Terrier, CH Roundtown Mercedes Of Maryscot, swept the four day cluster in Springfield IL. Monday’s win came under Teddy McDowell at the Illinois Capitol Kennel Club.’s day two show
Sadie was accompanied in the final by the Gordon Setter, CH Firethorn & Sandpiper Easy On The Eyes, the Afghan Hound, CH Majic Whatever I Want, the Kuvasz, CH Szumeria’s Wildwood Silver Sixp Pence, the Brussels Griffon, CH Cloud Nine Happy Hour, the Standard Poodle, CH Jaset’s Satisfaction, and the Old English Sheepdog, CH Lambluv’s Daydream Believer.
Monday’s BIS was Sadie’s 93rd career all breed Best. We now are officially on a Century Countdown, as Sadie and handler Gabriel Rangel march toward the ultimate dog show milestone of 100 career BIS. To punctuate the weekend, Monday’s win pushes Sadie over the 100,000 dogs defeated mark this year. Yes, it was quite some weekend.
