Our Monday started out with a car being towed to the shop, but the computer still works and we have show results! We are going to start on the west coast today where the country’s largest show was this weekend. The Del Valle Dog Club of Livermore drew nearly 2900 entries to the toney San Francisco suburb of Pleasanton CA.
Robert Slay’ ultimate seven were the Golden Retriever, CH Toasty’s Treasure Island, the 15” Beagle, CH Jaberwoki’s Le Jazz Hot, the Portuguese Water Dog, CH Aviators Luck Be A Lady, the Lakeland Terrier, Saredon For Your Eyes Only, the Long Coat Chihuahua, CH Dragon Lair Wild Rose Mojo Risin, the Chow Chow, CH Rosewine’s Rockabilli Red, and the Old English Sheepdog, CH Bugaboo’s Georgie Girl.
His Best In Show was the PWD, Lady Bug. We were watching this number one PWD long before the First Family bought one. That’s her fifth this year.
