He chose the country’s Number One Dog All Breeds, the PWD, Matisse, as his BIS and the Number Three Dog, the Standard Poodle, Flame, as his RBIS. The win brings Matisse’s career BIS total to 214, tying the Scottish Terrier, CH Braeburn’s Close Encounter, for the third highest number of BIS, and just two shy of the Number Two Dog, the Wire Fox Terrier, CH Registry’s Lonesome Dove. The winningest show dog of all time was the German Shepherd Dog, CH Altana’s Mystique, with 275 BIS. Matisse has 119 BIS and 155 Working Groups this year.
