CH Trumpets No Questions Asked
Not every club opted for a long holiday weekend. The Key City Kennel Club was satisfied with two days in St Peter MN. Judge Houston Clark chose his top two Saturday from a seven that included the Flat-Coated Retriever, CH Heirborn Who’ll Stop The Reign, the Rhodesian Ridgeback, CH Azizes Purple Heart, the Rottweiler, CH Tubacs Cammcastle Up Front, the Airedale Terrier, CH Epochs New York Minute, the Toy Poodle, CH Lomar Swags One Tin Soldier, the Keeshond, CH Trumpets No Questions Asked, and the Bouvier des Flandres, CH Margauxs Va Voom.
CH Heirborn Who’ll Stop The Reign
Taking home the BIS was the Keeshond, Shady. Walking away with the RBIS was the Flat Coat, Bridger. It was the first for Shady and handler Wade Koistinen. Congratulations to Wade and breeder/owner Beth Blakenship.
GCH CH Phillmar Superman
Both Shady and Bridger would make it back to Sunday’s final to try their luck with judge Barbara Dempsey-Alderman. They were joined by the English Foxhound, Taillis Au Birchwood Tamsall, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Phillmar Superman, the Scottish Terrier, CH Anstamm Sodak Go West Young Man, the Brussels Griffon, CH White Oaks True Grit, and the above named Bouvier.
Judge Alderman would like the Doberman, Clark, for her Best and Bridger the Flat Coat for her Reserve. It was Clark’s four BIS in six trips to the final ring this year.
