GCH CH Solana Demolition Man

The Southeast Arkansas Kennel Club was camped out this weekend in our great-aunt Mattie’s hometown of Pine Bluff AR.  Judge Murrel Purkhiser seven supplicants were the Parti-Colored Cocker Spaniel, CH Tri-Pod N Flair-Rill In The Fast Lane, the Saluki, GCH CH Appalachia’s Allamyrra Hajji, the Mastiff, GCH CH Willow Ridge’s Risky Business, the Skye Terrier, GCH CH Solana Demolition Man, the Papillon, GCH CH InVolo The King of Pop, the Chinese Shar-Pei, CH R-Lee Sparkle Plenty, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Riverside Telltale Coco Posh.

Day one went to the Skye, and the Shar-Pei, Sparkle.  It’s the first BIS for the Skye and Terrier handler extraordinaire, Brenda Coombs.  Congratulations to Brenda, and breeder/owner Michelle Shiue.

The following day Sparkle would return to the final ring along with the above named Saluki and Mastiff.  Joining them were the Pointer, GCH CH Chesterhope State of T Art, the Colored Bull Terrier, GCH CH Glentom’s Dirty Harry, the Maltese, CH Rhapsody Someone Like You, and the Border Collie, GCH CH F Si A Ge Of Fu You Yuan Kennel.

Judge Gloria Geringer’s BIS was the Saluki, Ally and once again, the RBIS would be Sparkle.  It was the first BIS of the year for Ally who finished 2013 with two BIS 30 Hound Groups.  Congratulations to breeder/owner/handler Gerry Thornton, breeder/owner Marinell McCowen, and owner Pamela Arwood.
