FIRST TIMER IN WISCONSIN

CH Pouch Cove's Seabrook Enough Said

The Marshfield Area Kennel Club had the Saturday and Sunday spots this weekend in that Wisconsin town.

On Saturday the seven finalists who plead their cases with judge Arley Hussin were the Brittany GCH CH Star Flight Jumpin Jack Flash OA NAJ, the Afghan Hound, GCH CH Alphaville's Special Edition Wynsyr, the Newfoundland,  CH Pouch Cove's Seabrook Enough Said, the Smooth Fox Terrier, Warfox Wild Flower, the Pug, Moonstruck's In The Pocket, the Keeshond, CH KJs Hot Date, and the Bearded Collie, GCH CH Spiritwood's A Dream Is A Wish.

The two that were convincing were the Newfoundland, who took the BIS, and the Pug, who collected the RBIS.   It’s the first for Jordan, Best of Breed at the 2013 national Specialty of the Newfoundland Club of America.  Congratulations to breeder/owner Peggy Helming, owner Kathy Griffin, and handler Laura King.

Sunday Jordan and the above named Brittany, Pug, Kees, & Beardie, would be back to see judge Pat Trotter.  They would be joined by the Wire Haired Dachshund, GCH CH Inacahoots Howlin’ Tornado, and the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, CH Shandalee Fireworks.  Collecting her first Best In Show ever was the Beardie, Ziva.  Once again the Pug would take home the Reserve award.   Ziva is the third BIS offspring of GCH CH Tolkien Raintree Mister Baggins, the winningest Bearded Collie of all time.
