GCH CH Aubrey’s Tails of Mystery
This weekend’s largest prize was yesterday’s Trinity Valley
Kennel Club show in Dallas TX and the country’s Number One Dog, the German
Wirehaired Pointer, GCH CH Mt View’s Ripsnorter Silver Charm, was there hoping
to put his lead out of reach. Nearly
2000 dogs gathered hoping for a piece of the pie. However, Oakley would watch Dr Scott Kellog
give the BIS to the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Aubrey’s Tails of Mystery,
while he received the RBIS.

Rounding out the final were five multi BIS winners, the
Sandstorm Blue Nile Bubbles of Jatara, the Boxer, GCH CH Winfall I Dream of
Style, the Norwich Terrier, GCH CH Skyscot’s Texas Hold’Em, the Blenheim &
Prince Charles English Toy Spaniel, GCH CH Royalist Ready to Reign, and the
Chinese Shar-Pei, GCH CH Vaje’s Jethrene Bodine.
The Corgi, Libby, is one of our picks to contend for the
Herding Group at next week’s AKC/Eukanuba National Championship. She goes to Orlando with tremendous momentum. Four of her eight BIS this year have come in
the last 30 days. Libby has also
collected 56 Herding Groups, more than all other Herding Dogs save one, Group
leader, the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Babheim’s Captain Crunch.
