We were happy to see two of our extreme breeds (we know we
will hear about that characterization) dominate the action here in the South
last week. The Pekingese, GCH CH
Oakhill's Two Times The Dragon, and the Bulldog, GCH CH Itsa Brix, each
collected two BIS this past week. The
Peke, Deuce, took both of the top prizes at the Decatur Alabama Kennel Club’s
two shows and the Bulldog, Brix, grabbed the BACK2BACK BIS at
the Huntsville Kennel Club’s two shows in Priceville AL.
On Thursday Janice Pardue chose Deuce and Brix out of a
seven that included the Irish Setter, GCH CH Herihundas Table for One, the
Wirehaired Dachshund, Raydachs Ride My Ducati Sw, the Great Dane, GCH CH Longo
Miller N Lore's Diamond Lil, the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH CH Gordon's Bite Of The
Apple, and the Finnish Lapphund, Sugarok Macce Too.
CH Insights No Bias No Bull
Friday’s DAKC final fell to Peggy Dillard Carr who gave the

Brix and Jay make their home in state, but have been all
over the US this season, collecting three BIS and 18 Non-Sporting Groups to
make Brix the country’s Number One Bulldog.
Billy, I was there all four days. All the shows are held in Priceville, no changing of the venue! Paula Grecco
