With over 500 dogs entered (on a Thursday yet), today’s Northern California Terrier Association show served notice that this was not going to be your normal all breed warm up. Terriers from all over the US, scrambled to get the attention of judge Annemarie Moore. The four who did were the Norfolk Terrier, GCH CH Max-Well’s Violet, the American Staffordshire Terrier, GCCH CH Alpine’s Highwayman, the Welsh Terrier, GCH CH Bruhil’s First Lady, and the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, GCH CH Doubloon’s Salt of the Earth, who finished in that order.
Violet was piloted to the win by breeder/owner Susan Kipp. Congratulations to Susan and co-breeder/owner Barbara Miller. Check back with us tomorrow for results from the NCTA’s day two show.
