The Oklahoma City Summer Classic has been a free for all this week with three different dogs going Best In Show so far. Saturday saw the Scottish Terrier, GCH CH Kelwyn’s GM Freestyle Flyer, pick up her first BIS of the year.
Joining her in judge Jon Cole’s final were the Irish Setter, GCH CH Courtwood Whirly Girl, the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, GCH CH Iceage V Tum-Tums Vriendjes, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Dezperado’s Hallelujah, the Maltese, CH Ta-Jon’s Sugar Dumplin’, his RBIS, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Dawin Hearts on Fire, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Riverside Telltail Coco Posh.
We don’t know where this four year old Scottie has been hiding, but a 1700 dog BIS over Top Ten competition is a helluva way to make an entrance. We hope to see this one soon. Congratulations to breeders/owners Kelli & David Edell and handler Jesus Moreno.
