The only dog shows west of the Great Plains this week are in the Los Angeles bedroom community of Valley Center. Saturday’s Del Sur Kennel Club final was called by judge Dr Robert Smith.
The seven dogs seeking his approval were the Field Spaniel, GCH CH Promenade Pay It Forward, the Afghan Hound, GCH CH Thaon’s Wallstreet, the Boxer, GCH CH Hi Jinx This Is How I Roll, the Standard Manchester Terrier, CH Oasis Razzmatazz, the Pug, CH Kirbys Just Say The Word, the Keeshond, GCH CH Skylines Unit of Measure, and the Bearded Collie, GCH CH Wigglesworth Thriller.
The two he liked were his BIS, the Afghan, Wally, and his RBIS, the Keeshond, Cubit. It’s the first BIS of the year for Wally and breeder/owner/handler Jay Hafford. Congratulations to Jay, breeder/owner James P Blanchard, and owners Debbie & JW Rogers & Beverly & Jae Moore.
