GCH CH Mountain View National Acclaim
In the Pacific Northwest fanciers gathered this past weekend
in Central Point OR for the Southern Oregon Kennel Club’s two shows. Dr Dale Simmons had the day one final and his
pick of the German Wirehaired Pointer, GCH CH Mountain View National Acclaim,
the Afghan Hound, GCH DC Perfection Cheri A Electric Ice SC, the Tibetan
Mastiff, GCH CH Dreamcatcher Major Victory Of Loki CGC, the Miniature Bull
Terrier, GCH CH Cambria’s Kid n Play, the Silky Terrier, GCH CH Tawny Mist Myan
Mystic, the Keeshond, GCH CH Summerwind’s Rumor Has It, and the Belgian
Tervuren, GCH CH Sky Acres Flying Solo.

He chose the GWP, Phelps, as his Best and the Keeshond, Ru
Ru, as his Reserve. It was Phelp’s
second BIS in 12 final appearances this year.

Phelps and the aforementioned Tibetan Mastiff, Mini Bull,
& Tervuren would all return to Sunday’s final. Joining them in judge Irving Bonios ring were the
Whippet, GCH CH Starline’s Oxford Victim Of Love, the Japanese Chin, GCH CH Victory
Spencer, and the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Del Zarzoso Salvame From Afterglow.

It was the smallest among them, the Chin, Spencer, taking the big
rosette. Getting the reserve ribbon was
the largest, the Tibetan Mastiff, Major. Spencer is
the Number Ten Toy Dog with three BIS and 36 Toy Groups in 2013.
