AKC’s Number One Dog All Breeds, the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH
CH AfterAll Painting the Sky, extended her lead over the rest of this year’s
campaigners by adding two more all breed Best In Shows to her already
impressive record.
Sky and handler Gabriel Rangel were in Perris CA this
weekend for the Riverside Kennel Club’s two shows. Saturday Sky was judge Darryl Vice’s BIS and
the Rottweiler, GCH CH Chancellor Flirt's Hi Flyin' Gladiator, was his
RBIS. Also on hand were the Clumber
Spaniel, GCH CH Clussexx Collaboration with Traddles, the Ibizan Hound, GCH CH
Harehill’s Ace in the Hole, the Pug, GCH CH Winsome-Nirvana-Blaque Triple Play,
the Bichon Frise, GCH CH PaRay Power & Privilege, and the Bouvier des
Flandres, GCH CH DeluxJumpin Jack Flash.
Sunday judge Lowell Davis would see it the same way, placing
Sky and the Rottweiler, Pilot, one/two while the English Cocker Spaniel, GCH CH
Foxwood’s Dublin Diva, the Whippet, GCH
CH Starline’s Oxford Victim of Love, the Japanese Chin, GCH CH Victory’s
Spencer, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Penndragon Owain, and the Shetland
Sheepdog, GCH CH PaRay Preferential.
Sky lead all dogs with over 90,000 dogs defeated so far this
year, having collected 68 BIS and 120 Terrier Groups this year.
