As noted below the nation’s Number Two Dog All Breeds, the
English Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Wynmoor Champagne Supernova, started his week
in Roseburg OR, but finished in grand style in Concord NC.
After picking up the BIS at the Umpqua Kennel Club’s opener in
Oregon on Thursday, Peyton and handler Robin Novack headed for North Carolina
where they took three big rosettes and no prisoners, sweeping the Salisbury
North Carolina Kennel Club, the Greater Monroe Kennel Club, & the
Fayetteville Kennel Club’s three shows.
GCH CH Protocol’s Veni Vidi Vici
At Friday’s SNCKC final, Peyton was Ron Menaker’s pick over
the RBIS, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Protocol’s Veni Vidi Vici, the Afghan
Hound, Tells Matrix Reloaded, the Wire Fox Terrier, Fox Creep Jp I Wish, the
Italian Greyhound, GCH CH Integra’s Masqueraded Party, the Lowchen, GCH CH
Windsor Bihar Chasing Rainbows, and the Shetland Sheepdog, GCH CH Grandgables
The Frat Boy.
Saturday Betty Anne Stenmark preferred Peyton more than the
Bloodhound, Flessner's International S'Cess, the Akita, PPK's Arcangl Phoenix,
the Bedlington Terrier, GCH CH Wrightwyn's Power Play, the Havanese, CH
Heartland's Sure Bet, the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Fantatico da Maya, and the
Reserve winner, the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Aubrey's Moon River.
Sunday Minna-Liisa Koltes chose Peyton her Best and above
named Bedlington as her Reserve while the Basenji, GCH CH C-Quest Jokuba
Zensational, the Rottweiler, GCH CH Hemlock's Jack of Hearts RA, the Shih Tzu,
GCH CH Krissy's Savvy Jasper, the Chow Chow, CH Sitze-Gou's Glazz Paragon, and
the previously seen Sheltie.
Peyton and Robin packed up the tack box and headed for
Tucson AZ to finish their week. We’ll
