Patricia Lanctot was in West Springfield MA for today’s  Troy Kennel Club show.  The seven dogs that ran the gauntlet to make it to her final were the Irish Water Spaniel, GCH CH Whistlestop’s Riley on Fire, the Scottish Deerhound Brakenshire Scotch N Ice, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH D’s Remember When, the Lakeland Terrier, GCH CH Larkspur Acadia Save Me A Spot, the Toy Poodle, GCH CH Smash Jp Sakura, the Tibetan Spaniel, GCH CH Kan Sing Tenzin, and the Bearded Collie, GCH CH Dunhill Celebration.

Reserve went to the Tibbie, Tenzin.  The Best In Show went to the four year old Beardie bitch Olivia.  It was Olivia's first BIS in eight final appearances this year.  She was shown to the win by  Cliff Steele, the same handler that piloted her father, GCH CH Tolkien Raintree Mister Baggins, the winningest Bearded Collie in AKC history.  Congratulations to Cliff and breeders/owners Ray & Kathy Harrington & Carolyn O'Neil.
