GCH CH Wynmoor Champagne Supernova
We are in the Nation’s Capital for the Easter Holiday and took the opportunity to drop in on one the dog show world’s premier stops, the Old Dominion Kennel Club of Northern Virginia show. This weekend’s largest show, preceded by the Columbia Terrier Association of Maryland and a dozen other specialty competitions, featured plenty of grooming space, large rings, and lots of vendors.
The day ended with seven very special dogs vying for the attention of BIS judge Keke Kahn. They were the English Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Wynmoor Champagne Supernova, the Afghan Hound, GCH CH Thaon’s Mowgli, the Great Dane, GCH CH Lobato’s Jitterbug Man, the Scottish Terrier, GCH CH Lomondview Clementina, the Affenpinscher, GCH CH Banana Joe V Tani Kazari, the Miniature Poodle, GCH CH Surrey Sugar Baby, and the Puli, GCH CH Cordmaker Rumpus Bumpus.
Her Best was the Springer, Peyton. Peyton has made a practice of winning big shows. This is his fourth this year.

I had the pleasure of watching that BIS on Saturday and screamed in delight as Peyton was honored with the big ribbon. He is a joy to watch and I am looking forward to seeing him grace the BIS ring again and again.
