CH Equinox Ad Astra
We also had four shows in Hamilton OH this week. We gave you reports on Friday’s & Saturday’s shows. The Cincinnati Kennel Club hosted the Sunday & Monday shows. On day one it was Robert Fetter with the German Wirehaired Pointer, CH Ripsnorter's Mt View Lookout, the Scottish Deerhound, CH Lehigh Dunedain Of Greymorn, the Giant Schnauzer, CH Skansan's Sir August Brigs, the Miniature Schnauzer, CH Lonestar's Wicked Good, the Shih Tzu, CH Hallmark Jolei Austin Powers, the Standard Poodle, CH Jaset's Satisfaction, and the Australian Shepherd, CH Equinox Ad Astra. It was the Aussie, Aster, taking home her very first all breed BIS. Congratulations to breeder/owner Courtney Bell and handler David Stout.
Monday Dr Ronald Spritzer took over the BIS ring with five of Sunday’s finalists. The Borzoi, CH Majenkir A King's Ransom, and the Boxer, CH Sharledar's Simply Decadent, were the newcomers. His Best was the Austin, the Shih Tzu, picking up his second BIS of the weekend. We look for Austin to move up a couple of spots in the rankings on the strength of this weekend.
