WALKING THE TALK

We don’t call’em DOGS2WATCH for nothing. Today the Toy Poodle, CH Smash JP Moon Walk, won his second BIS of the year. This one came courtesy of Judge Frank Washabaugh at day two of Sand and Sea Kennel Club show in Wildwood NJ. Any BIS is notable, but this one came against the very formidable Pointer, CH Cookieland Seasyde Hollyberry, and last year’s top Hound, the Harrier, CH Downhome Family Tradition.

Also stepping up for consideration were the Samoyed, CH Pebbles’ Run Hammy Davis Jr, the Smooth Fox Terrier, CH Avalon Eclipse, the Tibetan Terrier, CH Bluvali Brouhaha, and Bearded Collie, CH Briarpatch Top That RN PT NA NAJ. Congratulations to Walker, breeder Yukiko Omura, owners Ron Scott & Debbie Burke, and handler, Kaz Hosaka. Will there be another Smash Toy Poodle on the podium at Westminster this year?
